Our 2018 Viognier comes from three different vineyards in the Yakima Valley. We whole-cluster press our Viognier and age on gross lees for 6-8 months after fermentation, enriching the texture and expanding the mineral presence. The 2018 Viognier has a characteristically deep gold color. The aromas are intense and complex: honeysuckle, jasmine, fresh peach, honeycomb, green papaya and slate. The palate is full and weighty, full-fruited with lemon zest, nectarine and raw honey leading into a lengthy and pith and mineral-driven finish.
