Rosé 2021

Is there anything more perfect than sitting outside on a Summer evening, breeze in the air, water shimmering, the late afternoon light filtering through a glistening glass of pink deliciousness?  At its best, Rosé is “Summer in a glass.”    The extroversion of the 2021 Rosé is apparent before it even hits the glass, with an almost fluorescently intense deep pink color.  The aromatics are primary and lush with fresh strawberries, dried watermelon and tropical fruit jumping out of glass. The palate is disarmingly round and creamy but balanced with ample fresh acidity and a lengthy finish that shows a lovely dance of citrus pith and fruit nougat.  It ready for the patio.
