JW Winemakers Dinner April 19th

Come join us on April 19th at 6pm at our favorite South Sound restaurant, JW in Gig Harbor, for our first-ever Winemakers Dinner! Looks like Chef Eddie has done a great job pairing our wines with some delicious food! Here’s a peek at the menu.

1^st Course- 2016 Fanatic White Blend, Columbia Valley

(90% Albarino, 10% Viognier)

Spring Salad

w/Grilled Plum, Baby Kale, Pistachio, Chevre & White Balsamic Vinaigrette

2^nd Course- 2015 Coalesce Bordeaux Blend, Red Mountain

Pork Saltimbocca

w/Brown Butter Sauce

3^rd Course- 2015 Malbec, Red Mountain

Braised Short Ribs

w/Parsnip Puree & Roasted Brussel Sprouts

4^th Course- 2015 The Bos Red Blend, Columbia Valley
